QUICK TIPS FOR A SEAMLESS EXPERIENCE*

• If unsure, your stylist will recommend the best combination based on your hair type and goals.

CANCELLATION POLICY*

We understand that schedules change.  To ensure fair treatment for all clients and to respect our teams’s time.  please note the following.

• Cancellations made less than “48” hours before your scheduled time will result in the loss of your deposit.

• If you need to reschedule within the 48-hour window, we may apply your deposit to a new appointment at the agreed-upon time, subject to availability and our policies.

• No-shows will forfeit the deposit and may be required to prepay full service for future bookings.

• If you are experiencing illness or an emergency, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss options; exceptions may be considered at our discretion.

DEPOSIT DETAILS*

Your initial deposit secures your appointment and is applied to the final service total.

DEPOSIT STRUCTURE*

• Deposits are non-refundable except as noted in this policy or with manager approval.

• Base Service Deposits: $25.00, secures your core service appointment.

• K-Tips Deposit:  $500.00 (Consultation required before appointment confirmation)

HOW TO CANCEL OR CHANGE YOUR APPOINTMENT*

• Online: use the booking portal to modify or cancel.

• By phone

• For long appointments (e.g., Deluxe installs, k-Tips, multi-step services), additional scheduling considerations may apply; please discuss at booking or call for questions.

APPOINTMENT TIMING AND PUNCTUALITY*

• We service one or two clients at a time to ensure focused attention and avoid overlay.

• Tardiness fees: 15 grace period.  There will be a $2.00 per minute charge up to 29 minutes added to the end of your total service.

• If your are 30 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled and your deposit forfeited.

• Repeated tardiness may result in loss of future service eligibility with the salon studio.

PREPARATION FOR YOUR SERVICE*

• Please come prepared, especially if you are coming out of braids, extensions, or other protective style that needs to be removed.  I charge a fee to take my own protective styles out, but a service you received from another salon will have to be taken down and fully combed out prior to.  If they are not removed or combed out completely, your appointment may be canceled.

• Allow ample time for your appointment so you are not rushed and can receive the full service.

• Please do not make your appointment and you have other appointments or engagements that are time sensitive.  Please schedule accordingly. Base services range from 3 to 3 ½ hours.

PRICING AND SERVICES*

• Your “Regular Service” price covers the base service you selected at booking.

• When booking, you’ll see the final one-price total that includes both your regular service and all added add-ons.

• Our listed prices are FINAL NO EXCEPTIONS.  Please ensure you have selected all the services you need (from base services to add-ons) before your appointment.

• If you anticipate needing multiple add-ons, confirm the total scope at the time of booking to avoid last-minute changes.
